Jambo !

Just a short message to let you know we are ALL alright.

It was a fairly long day, mainly because of the traffic, at Grace Children's Center
from 10.00-1800.

So Matthew stayed the night with Kieran last night, together in a bed, 2 peas in a pod ;-)
Proud of the boys! They had a great time and bonded really well as Siemen said.

So we signed countless papers, together with Josie from CWSK and P from GCCenter.
Before that we talked with Jennifer & David Hatley the people behind Grace.
A great couple who deserve the deepest respect (and more*) for their work and perserverance,
their belief and enormous energy to change children's life in Africa.

Now Kieran is upstairs with Matthew asleep in their room.
Mummy is updating her writings on the settee.
And Daddy, he is sitting on the concrete stairs (on the ground floor)behind the office wall
where the wifi router is standing, at least I think. It is ther only place to get decent
Internet anyway.

After concluding that we were still a bed short at 1930 I was not going to fight
over the wifi to night...
Mr Patrick showed up and with the askari (guard) gave us the extra bed at 20.00.

So all is pretty well in N'bi!

Een kort berichtje om te laten weten dat alles goed is met ons ALLE 4.

Het was een lange dag, vooral vanwege het verkeer, bij Grace Children;s Center
van 10.00-18.00.

Matthew bleef de nacht slapen bij Kieran, met z'n 2en knus in 1 bed.
Trots op de jongens! Ze hadden een fantastische tijd en zoals Siemen zei zijn nu echt wel aan elkaar aan het hechten.

We hebben hele pakken papier getekend met Josie van CWSK en P van GCCenter.
Daarvoor hadden we nog uitgebreid gesproken met Jennifer & David Hatley
de oprichters van Grace.
Een fantastisch paar, die het diepste respect verdienen (en meer*) voor hun werk en doorzettingsvermogen hun geloof in de mens en enorme energie om de levens van
kinderen in Afrika blijvend te veranderen.

Kieran ligt lekker te slapen met Matthew op de kamer, allebei in een eigen bed.
Mama is bezig met haar notities bijwerken.
Terwijl papa 3 verdieping lager op een koude betonnen trap zit te typen...
